3.Product process:

There are three industrial methods: the reaction of phosphorus oxychloride with chloroethanol; Phosphorus trichloride reacts with chloroethanol for reoxidation; Reaction of phosphorus oxychloride with ethylene oxide (a common industrial method).

1. Phosphorus oxychloride and ethylene oxide react at 50 ℃ with sodium metavanadate as catalyst, and the reactants are neutralized, washed with water, and dewatered in vacuum to remove the low boiling matter to obtain the finished product. Chloroethanol can also be used as raw material to react with phosphorus oxychloride or phosphorus trichloride to produce tris (2-chloroethyl) phosphate.

2. Put 326kg phosphorus oxychloride and 1.0kg sodium metavanadate into the reactor. Fill nitrogen to drive out the air in the reaction kettle, inject 650kg ethylene oxide under vacuum, and stir at 45-50 ℃ for 2-3H. After distilling out excess ethylene oxide, add alkali to neutralize to neutral, wash with water and dehydrate in vacuum. Get the finished product.

3. Put phosphorus oxychloride and sodium metaphosphate into the reaction kettle. Fill nitrogen to drive out the air, inject ethylene oxide under vacuum, and stir at 45-50 ℃ for 2-3H. After distilling out excess ethylene oxide, add alkali to neutralize to neutral, wash with water and dehydrate in vacuum to obtain the finished product.
