Job information:
1. Be responsible for product management of relevant business lines of the company, including: analyzing market conditions, understanding customer needs, positioning customer groups, product pricing, etc.
2. Collect and sort out customers' demand for products to provide a basis for the continuous improvement of the company's technology and products.
3. Be responsible for the quotation of customized products.
4. Have a certain technical background and train sales personnel in products and professional knowledge.
5. Do feasibility analyses of R&D project establishment.
6. Handle other affairs assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Major in chemical synthesis or pharmaceutical chemistry. Have a graduate degree or above. Have more than 3 years of working experience.
2. Have a certain ability to design synthetic routes. You would be preferred if you have the background of FTE project in CRO company and pharmaceutical chemical synthesis project.
3. Have a keen business perception, market insight and accurate customer analysis ability. Be able to develop customer resources effectively and have an excellent business negotiation ability.
4. Have good English skills and be fluent in reading and interpreting English literature.
5. Have the ability of overall planning and commodity planning, as well as strong communication and coordination skills.
6. Be enthusiastic about product maintenance, development and management. Have a strong self-learning ability. Be able to adapt to irregular business trips.
